Rocket Monkey Roastery and Ayrshire Cancer Support (SC016098), their staff, volunteers, and representatives accept no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, injury, illness, or death sustained by participants or third parties arising from, or in connection with, participation in this event.

By registering, participants confirm that they are in good physical health and consider themselves fit to participate in stationary cycling activity. Participants with any pre-existing medical conditions are strongly advised to seek guidance from a qualified medical professional before taking part.

Rocket Monkey Roastery and Ayrshire Cancer Support accept no responsibility for any personal belongings brought to the venue. All items are left entirely at the owner's own risk.

Who we share it with

Your data is shared between Rocket Monkey Roastery and Ayrshire Cancer Support for the purposes of event organisation only. It will not be sold or disclosed to any other third party without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

Health & accessibility information

Any medical or accessibility information you provide is treated as special-category data under Article 9 of the UK GDPR. We process it on the basis of your explicit consent, given when you submit this form, together with our legitimate interest in protecting your vital interests (your safety on the day). It is seen only by event organisers and on-site marshals who need it to keep you safe, is not shared with anyone else, and is deleted in line with the retention period below.

Emergency contact information

The emergency contact name and phone number you provide are personal data about another person. By submitting this form you confirm that you have that person's permission to share their details with us, and you agree to make them aware of this Privacy Notice. Their details will only be used to contact them in the event of an emergency on the day, and will be deleted alongside the rest of your registration.

How long we keep it

Your registration data will be retained for up to 12 months following the event, after which it will be securely deleted, unless you have opted in to receive future communications.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. You also have the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
